1. General Policies

Scope of Services:

Our coaching services are designed to provide guidance, support, and tools for personal and relationship growth. They are not intended to replace mental health therapy or counseling for clinical issues.

Confidentiality:

All sessions are confidential. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

Professional Boundaries:

Our coaching relationship is professional and supportive. Personal boundaries are always respected to maintain a healthy and effective working relationship.

2. Payment Policies

Fees:

Coaching fees are outlined on our website and may vary by package or session type.

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via these accepted methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.

Payment Schedule:

Payments for individual sessions or packages are due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Scheduling Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule:

Individual sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. Workshop dates are scheduled monthly at the set time.

Clients are encouraged to register for workshop dates and time that best fits their schedule.

Cancelation Policy:

If you are unable to attend the workshop you registered for, your registration can be used for the workshop you registered for within 6 months of your purchase date. 

We do not issue refunds but will gladly assist you in finding a seat in an upcoming workshop that works better with your schedule.

4. Communication Policy

Between Sessions:

Clients may contact the coach via email or our designated messaging platform for brief check-ins or support between sessions.

Response Time:

We strive to respond to emails and messages within 24-48 hours during business days.

Emergency Situations:

Coaching is not a crisis intervention service. In case of an emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

5. Termination of Services

Mutual Termination:

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time.

Lapsed Engagement:

If a client does not schedule a session or respond to communications for more than 30 days, the coach reserves the right to terminate services, with appropriate referrals provided for continued support.

Refund Policy:

No refunds for prepaid workshops or sessions.  It is encouraged that client complete any prepaid sessions and workshops.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Not a Substitute for Therapy:

Coaching services provided by Relationship Essentials Counseling & Coaching LLC are not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, psychiatric care, or medical advice.

Limitation of Liability:

The coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the coaching services. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Client Acknowledgment:

By participating in coaching sessions, clients acknowledge that they understand and accept these policies and that they are entering into a professional coaching relationship at their own risk.

7. Amendments

Policy Updates:

These policies may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the website. Continued use of coaching services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
